Have you isolated both inverters ac output via isolation and tested each inverter in standalone (SIG) mode? You may also have to cold restart by disconnecting ac in and battery.
F73 is unusual, i cannot see one in the manual.
NB : wether you may know this or not, please, NEVER combine ac outputs when one or more inverter is in single mode.  I will never sleep if i am in the remotest manner responsible for this.

The password of fw files from the czech site is "daily".
But be warned: Not every FW for the 10k infini works on all models!!!
You have to choose the right one based on your serial# which includes the production date. I can assist.
To see correct version currently installed (compilation date/time) u have to press UP+DOWN simultaneously for a few sec.

Tricky. I would say that you should be able to just update the firmware on one of them to be the same as the other, but it depends on what they have done with the control boards as to whether this will work. Do the existing firmwares have the same major version number i.e. xx.yy and xx.zz, where the xx are the same, but yy and zz are different? That might give a clue, but they way that Voltronic version numbers are going these days, its hard to say.
Edit: You'll almost certainly have to get the firmware update from your supplier.

Abbas Olatayo reacted to Coulomb in Fault 04 On VMII Revo Inverter
These appear to be Axpert VM II work-alikes, but with their own firmware. Fault code 04 seems to be bus soft start fail, presumably similar to the Axpert fault code 09. I have no idea if they changed the circuit slightly or considerably.
It's likely that there are at least one pair of IGBTs failed, shorting the DC bus. In Axperts, this often this causes half or all MOSFETs to blow as well. You have to be careful to test and repair all the gate drivers before testing with a current limited power supply.
See the AEVA Axpert repair and modification thread; it may be of help, or it might be just too different inside.
