They are sold specifically for areas with unstable grid supply. Just be aware that you will have to run everything 'through' the inverter so you will be limited to the max output of the inverter. There may be other brands I am not aware of.

There are AVS ( automatic voltage stabilizer) available but are very expensive. To fit this unit to your incoming single phase Eskom supply you will need a 17kva unit.
