April 27Apr 27 This is patched firmware version x78.11, based on factory firmware version 78.11 for the Axpert Max E 11kW '28066 Twin. Do not use with any other model. The original hex file is dated 23/Sep/2025.This firmware works around the "stuck at 90 V" problem by changing the current threshold from 0.50 A to 0.10 A. It also fixes the premature float bug, and changes the reported version number to x78.11. The removable display will continue to show version U1 78 11.This firmware also optionally changes the PV voltage at which the charge current is limited to 100 A from 360 V to 450 V. In each case, the version with this change has the higher first digit. The version without this change has the lower first digit.Use at your own risk; I cannot test this firmware as I do not own an Axpert Max. It has been "sanity checked" by disassembling the firmware and confirming that the intended changes are present.Firmware upload instructions: https://forums.aeva.asn.au/viewtopic.php?p=87767#p87767Choose the minimum MPPT voltage that is higher than your working panel voltage even in poor light.dsp_978.11_patched.inv: Minimum MPPT voltage 90V. I have easun swm 11kw twin with detachable display, I have flashed 978.10 from the above post over original 78.10 firmware, but I still have charging limited to 100A.Any ideas? Thanks, regards.EDIT:I think that could be because my grid voltage is extremely high (253-257v) and if I read correctly >250v is a derating condition while my inverter temperature is around 47-50*C.If I turn off the grid, it goes to 115-120A for a short while, and then capped to 100A again. Is 0v grid also a derating event?Regards Edited May 29May 29 by system64

At a quick glance, I don't see any derating related to line voltage. Is it possible that you don't have more than about 5 kW of PV power (100 A at ≈50 V battery) available at this time of year?Is the 115-120 A charging repeatable?
June 10Jun 10 Hi,sorry for silly question. I am newby here.If i have Axpert iSolar SMW 11kW TWIN (U1 78.08 + U2 38.18) can i update with patched 78.11 (978.11)? No EEPROM mismatch issue?Thanks in advance for advice. Edited June 10Jun 10 by bruno1975

Friday at 09:465 days Hi everyone,I am facing the notorious MPPT stuck bug on my Voltronic Axpert Max II inverter and am looking for a firmware update or a patched version to fix it.My current system specifications:Inverter: Axpert Max IIMain CPU Firmware: 75.01Secondary CPU (HMI) Firmware: 39.06PV Array: 11 panels in a single series string (Vmp is around 37V per panel, total Vmp under load is approx. 407V).The Problem:Even though my total string voltage under load should ideally sit around 400V, the MPPT tracker regularly drops down and gets stuck at exactly 90V (the absolute minimum PV threshold). When this happens, PV production drops to almost zero (10-50W).A manual PV disconnect/reconnect via the circuit breaker forces a rescan and brings the voltage back to normal, but it gets stuck at 90V again as soon as there is a passing cloud or a shift in solar irradiance.Could anyone please share a newer factory firmware or a stable patched firmware for the 75.XX series that resolves this MPPT scanning/freezing issue?Any help, links, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
