I found this DIY battery box from EEL, what do you think, the price is cheaper than the Apexium shipped directly to me in Durban. Looks like same BMS the Seplos V2 10E, but I like the power button and the bus bars have a extra hole for the BMS/balance cables.

Does anybody know if you bring this in from China, what import costs would you have to pay? Would you pay Vat on the amount and any import duties, if so what percent, it wont have any Lithium cells, just the box and BMS.

Fedex charges 50 Dollar for a 2.3kg parcel 350mm x 250mm x 150mm. Then you pay 15% Vat + R150 fee for the item to clear at customs. 

Then this would be very expensive, I think the weight is +-25Kg

It is very expensive. Wonder if it is not possible to use Buffalo logistics. Banggood use them and the rate is much better.

@Chris Louw Could you confirm that the direct mail option on Banggood is still handled as a courier service by Buffalo as some years ago?

I have not ordered  from them for  a while. Best is to try to contact Buffalo SouthAfrica.

Ordered a few times from Banggood and it comes via Buffalo direct tax free option.Actually getting a parcel soon from them from Banggood. I will email them and ask about shipping.
