July 21, 20241 yr Just a friendly word of advice @ibiza , you are selling what appears to be second hand panels for R3.16 per watt. Most guys on this forum can buy new panels for R2,90 per watt. Nothing personal at all, it just don’t look like a good deal.

Another point is with HIGH VOLTAGE MPPTS one would rather buy 50V panels and use less than 37V panels. I always look at new equipment with warranty demanding a premium vs 2nd hand and I myself had an old panel only 3yrs old that could only produce about 60% of the reduced spec for Gauteng. July 21, 20241 yr This is excatly the problem at the moment with the solar industry as a whole, different suppliers with such vast difference in prices and not just for solar panels but for all solar components. The Op most probably did a Google search on a new 250w solar panel and came to the conclusion that the price for a second hand panel is fair. Below a search i did and look at the vast difference in prices. I will not post the link to implicate suppliers.
