February 7, 20251 yr What about battery #11 - that one is working okay? You might use BatteryView for checking that. But you would need RJ-11 usb to serial cable...
February 7, 20251 yr Author As soon as I turn that battery on the batteries keep restarting. So I have kept it off. It looks like it is affecting the system. I think if those 2 faulty US3000A are swopped out for US3000C, then I will be able to bring battery 11 back into the flow of things....
February 7, 20251 yr 11th battery has to be totaly separate, in terms of data communication. Nothing in its LinkPorts0/1, nothing in CAN/RS485 ports.Only Console port can be connected to a computer with BV or SA running. But since you dont have RJ11 console cable, you can do just like you said - put it in the group, after you remove those 2 bad.
February 7, 20251 yr Author Yeah nothing was connected to it bar the positive and negative electric cables. There was no comms or anything.
