May 1, 20251 yr HiDo you know where to find this firmware ?I went to Voltronic website, nothing for firmware !!!!This is what i have. Thanks Edited May 1, 20251 yr by bib60
May 1, 20251 yr Hello everyone. I am also interested in the firmware for such an inverter. Especially for the display board.
May 2, 20251 yr Author HiNormally with isolar application you can udate the inverter but it's not working !!!My dealer give me code to update by application but i don't know where to put this code.I'd found also the post from Coulomb member here --> https://forums.aeva.asn.au/viewtopic.php?t=9165But i would like to use isolar application to do it. Thanks Edited May 2, 20251 yr by bib60
May 2, 20251 yr But it doesn't work for me with the i.solar app. It only works with the solar of thins app.
May 2, 20251 yr Author So i'd update my Ultra 11kW by isolar application. My dealer ask me my serial number, has contacted Voltronics to get code for to upload on my inverter and send me back my code. Now when you go back to application you can check "Firmware Update" and popup will ask you what you want to update and your code. Now this is my setup :MCU1 and DSP only change Edited May 2, 20251 yr by bib60
May 2, 20251 yr Hello everyone. I have MAX II 11000 ULTRA ON-OFF GRID. I made a request to my seller about updating the firmware. They told me that there is none yet. It does not work with the i.solar application. For some reason, WiFi is not visible on the inverter. I configured it via Bluetooth. Maybe someone has new firmware. I am adding a photo of the display and the processor module board.
May 2, 20251 yr I give the sun performance a 3. Compared to the 64.62 firmware for 90 volts. I liked it. But the display firmware is completely raw. Can anyone help?

May 8May 8 For convenience, here is the link to the later versions 25.10 and 12.18, from October last year:
May 9May 9 Hello everyone. Thanks for the new firmware. I tried flashing it to 25-09, but it didn't work. I got error F17, and the decoding says there's a large DC voltage offset. Does anyone know what the problem is? I had to go back to 25-10.
May 9May 9 Version 25.10 works well. BUT I'm not quite happy with some nuances. For example, when I select V1 in the LED menu, all the LED stripes are rotated 90 degrees. But with V2, everything returns to normal.
May 9May 9 I've left the display firmware version at 12.17 for now. It was 12.18. There are no changes to the LED bar selection either.
May 9May 9 Another question? They say these models have an 066 processor. Mine has an 069. You can see it clearly in the photo above. I tried flashing the same board with an 066 processor to this inverter, but the firmware failed.

The '069 seems to be a direct upgrade from the '066 (despite Google Gemini saying that the latter has half the flash memory), just with a little extra RAM and features that Voltronic are unlikely to use (like Control Law Acceleration and complex maths like CRC polynomials, both of which they probably could use if they could be bothered). My guess is that '066s are still hard to obtain at times, and '069s are functionally a direct replacement. But it looks like there must be a low level gotcha. So now it seems that we have 3 DSP variants to worry about: '09, '066, and '069. I hope it's not some lame attempt at thwarting the clone makers.@YRIIY , thanks for the warning anyway. Edited May 11May 11 by Coulomb

May 11May 11 Initially, I had version 25_07. The operating logic wasn't bad. It was really bad. Then I found version 25_74 on the EVA forum. It worked fine. Then they posted version 25_10 on this forum. It also works perfectly. No complaints so far. But then they posted another version, 25_09. So I decided to give it a try. It turned out that it's even worse than version 25_07. At the slightest load, it throws an F17 error. There's a large imbalance in the DC voltage. This is with all my settings. I reverted back to 25_10. It's working fine so far, without any problems or errors.
May 11May 11 I also installed the 12_17 display firmware. Then I started having problems. It lived its life. I understand it doesn't work very well with the Polyntech protocol. I reverted back to 12_18. So far, no problems with it.
May 12May 12 I have a problem with my 11kW Ultra inverterI connected it to a lithium battery, and when it was fully charged, the battery voltage increased. At first, I thought the problem was with the battery. After a long struggle, I tried replacing the BMS board, but it didn't work. Yesterday, I tried replacing the battery with a different type, but the problem persisted. If I update the inverter, will that resolve the issue? Sorry for the long message.
May 12May 12 Hi. I need to try that. My 12_18 only works well with Polyntech batteries. But with all those versions, the connection to the BMS is constantly lost. And try calibrating the inverter for DC voltage. Edited May 12May 12 by YRIIY
May 12May 12 Yes, I definitely think you need to calibrate the voltage readings on the inverter. What kind of battery do you have?

May 20May 20 If you've touched on battery calibration here, I have a question about calibrating the AC input reading. I have an 8V difference between the inverter and voltmeter readings. The inverter reads higher. Can you tell me if there's a command to calibrate the readings?
May 21May 21 To save readers' time, the two files in the Eissa's post before last are for Ultra main firmware version 25.10 (left/first), and Ultra display version 12.18 (right/second). Don't confuse 12.1x for Ultra with 12.2x and 12.3x (etc?) for Max and other models. Edited May 21May 21 by Coulomb

It falls onto the F17 High DC offset and F11 High inv amp faults in SBU mode while charging the batteries, or when reroutes the power from the load to the battery, when the load decreases. It works ok in the SUB mode, however. It has non working wifi feature "from the box" which was fixed by the firmware update from the seller (Sunmart). Works with the "Solar of things" app (monitoring only, no settings available at all) , not visible with the isolar app. Visible with Watchpower from the PC through RS232 comm port. Shows W11 comm lost while charging the batteries in the SUB mode, with grey small screen and switched off stripes on the top round screen. Do I have glitchy firmware, what do you think? Seller rep went silent after all this report. Contacted another seller rep today, sent all data again.HW 01.00DSP: 25.07MCU1: 08.08MCU2: 60.03LCD: 01.00 Edited May 26May 26 by DM_UA
