I will no longer support this brand. It does not help you have a good built product that is solid and looks good and works well ... in the beginning but you have NO after sales support AT ALL. And gents if you have by chance imported this unit by yourself. You will be able to do a warantee claim... FROM CHINA. you will have to pay for all cost to get the machine here including import duties.. Would very much like to have a conversation with you. The wankers in strydom park? 🙂 As an end user I witnessed my reseller fight with their incompetence for months to look at my equipment after GoodWe in China told them to replace it. Absolutely useless.
January 25, 20215 yr My Goodwe inverter throttles the charge coming from my PVs, when the load usage from the home is low. In other words it does send charge to my Tesla Power Wall 2 unless the is a significant load eg. 1KW plus. Had anyone got the same problem. I am concerned the Goodwe will just walk away when the warranty expires in about 4 months time. The installer and supplier have not managed to get a satisfactory answer or solution from Goodwe. I would appreciate some input.
