Treschen Posted July 17, 2019 Share Posted July 17, 2019 Hi Guys COJ incorrectly billed me, they did an estimated reading on my electricity bill, they are saying I used 70kwh per day my actual reading is 25kwh a day. They dont answer phones very frustrating Where do you live? Some wards have very active, very helpful counsellors, some do not. Check the latest tariffs and see if you'd save if you were on prepaid. Then the whole problem of estimated readings goes away. Even if you're only breaking even, it's worth it for that. They may still come to check your meter, but they are just checking that it is present and that the serial number matches their records, and that it hasn't been bypassed.
