Well, as a customer of Voltronic Power, they could demand that the product with their name on it be fit for purpose, and at least free from glaring issues like this. Alas, I fear this won't happen.

Perhaps menu item 10 will disappear when running parallelled machines. On my setup (3 Kings on 71.93 / 2.49) menu options 10 and 23 are there, but have no effect whatsoever. I cannot get it into bypass/ECO mode under any circumstances. This seems consistent with the manual. Reading it literally, the only way you can see the "Bypass" on paralleled Kings is when it is in Fault Mode (page 29). All the operational bypass modes have the "disabled in parallel mode" note next to it.

My SUB is functioning like USB Hello, did you ever get this issue resolved or sold yours for sunsync ? recall accepting this after having the 69 error that dropped the PV & updated the firmware & just accepted this as "better as the previous issue" - revisiting a year later to check if this was maybe resolved in some later firmware ?
