Confusing reading on watchpower app.

Please can anyone assist.. I have an axpert 8kva with one pylontech 3000..  Once on battery alone 49. X my % shows around 98% pic attached.  Huis.. 

 

However on my second system axpert 8kva with 2 pylontech 3000..ons battery alone 49.x shows my % around 24 %, pic attached Plaas

Please if anyone can help me make sense?

Presumably, you have the cable attached to the BMS, so the inverter is reading the battery SOC from the battery's BMS.

The one with the 98% and 49.X volts has a 21 A load. Is there perhaps high resistance in your battery cables?

One US3000 is rather light for an 8000 W inverter. Perhaps that's normal battery sag for a 21 A load; I don't know the Pylontechs.
