You cant say no to my request and in the same sentence tell me you will provide best service.  I will still have to waste my time effort and money to make Dyness work.

Presumably, you have the cable attached to the BMS, so the inverter is reading the battery SOC from the battery's BMS.
The one with the 98% and 49.X volts has a 21 A load. Is there perhaps high resistance in your battery cables?
One US3000 is rather light for an 8000 W inverter. Perhaps that's normal battery sag for a 21 A load; I don't know the Pylontechs.

@AntonDjCheck your setting 29 Low DC cut off on both inverters. This could be the diverence

With ICC or SolarAssistant you will basically ignore the inverter state of charge and just look at what the app reports. It won't solve the charging issue, that should be charge voltage settings as mentioned. It will solve switching between battery/grid:

I've seen some people set the Bulk charge to 52.5v. Has it been proven that 52.2v is sufficient? Maybe i missed the memo. lol

Which Axpert model exactly do you have? Most ones cannot talk to the BMS directly - so you probably need to manually set the charging parameters (52.2V Bulk and 51.8V Float) as well as the other voltage settings (Back to Grid, Back to Battery, Low DC Cutoff)
If your Axpert cannot talk directly with the Pylon BMS, I would strongly recommend ICC to be able to switch the Axpert based on the accurate BMS info instead of the Axpert's voltage readings
