I know this is a little random, but I was hoping to get some other thoughts on the Right to Repair. So I know a couple folks that also do repairs to various electronics and they have been running into problems across the board... TV repair guys that cannot work on Smart TVs without registering with the manufacturer, once approved you need to drop a fat stack on specialized equipment making repairs cost more than people will pay. Phone guys that cannot replace batteries because the battery/BMS is glued to the screen that is serialized to the motherboard, you need to buy an original replacement screen to get a new battery and it all needs to be registered to each other…

Hi all. In the Randburg JHB area, I need a crimping tool, mostly for 6 to 10mm2 cables, but ultimately up to 50mm2. Wanted to purchase one, but seems sold out at present. Can anyone help me out? Happy to buy one off someone that's done with theirs. Thanks in advance.

SPCA Blankets for the dogs in need. We need to be there for the ones that are unable to speak for themselves. Thank you to all whom support the forum - it allows me the privilege to do these runs. It was a very cold winter. Sincerely Jason

I would love us to start donations goals. If we have any excess capital that we can contribute to needy organizations. Powerforum will be happy to be the proxy to facilitate this - from and behalf of our members if they wish to be named - any charity we all decide on. The Bank EFT and or Items will be posted as proof of transaction to the organization we choose. Let us make use of our New Donation Goal App and payment system. I have a passion for animals. Here are some pics of my partner and I doing the rounds. The Poor Renault was almost bottomed out :> Please find the Link to make a donation on the bottom of the forums homepage : www.powerforum.co.za …
