Had a bit of a hiccup over the last week however Inverter installed and cables run to main DB Solar Panels installed and cables done Should be up by Tuesday just waiting on batteries will upload more pics soon

What’s the thoughts on this? Do I use eskom or my generator (extra cost on petrol) I supply turn my 7.5Kw generator on during emergencies. Do I need site protection there taking consideration it’s like 5 mins before I turn the gennie on

I’m going to install surge protectors to the inverter do I need this on my appliances back into the house once eskom comes from their sleep mode. I also have a generator which hasn’t caused any issues to be appliances once I start it up…..just need one guidance sorry for hijacking this thread

My inverter is a 8kw OCI Other question if you don’t mind surge protectors for my in house appliances what do you recommend?

So I have a concern my garage where the kit is going to be installed gets pretty hot I haven’t been able to measure the temperature. I have 2 fridges in the garage. any ideas? Must I install a separate fan? just to keep the system cool?
