Insulation error

But why. Over a weekend. Was showing the error for last few days but then coming online. Could also be panel damage or water ingress.

Can you measure the earth wire to earth spike / connection impedance? Perhaps the wire has gone corroded, or broken, or something? Double check all the bolts + nuts and re-tighten if needed.

1 array of 15 panels is faulty. By process of elimination found whuch array. I have 4 strings of 15 x 255w panels. Installer on his way to sort the faulty string. 45 out of 60 panels working better than zero. The 3 phase inverter has 2 sets of 2 dc panel inputs and needs power to each to run ie if 2 strings connected must be 1 to each of dc input 1 and 2.

ok, so you're getting somewhere ;)

Right. Sorted and running. Was neither array or earth issue but low incoming mains voltage that had dropped below the inverter programmed window. Expanded the range and working perfectly. Incoming ac voltage floating around 212V.
