Solar problem

Hi Kamlesh you have to change your PV strings so the strings match in voltage. If I understand you correctly you have 6 x 450w panels in series (+/- 240VMP)and 4 x 540w panels in series (+/- 160VMP). The 540w string will draw the 450w string down. When the charge controller start it can not find the mppt point and then can draw the bus voltage down for a moment then error 52 will show up as your inverter charge on the DC high voltage bus and not on the 48V Bus.

On a 48V LIFePo4 battery you need to set bulk and float to a max voltage of 53.8V. if set too high the BMS will open the charge mosfet's and stop charging before the BMS have time to balance the cell's. most BMS's will stop charging if a cell get above 3.65V. You have a 15 cell battery and 53.8V work out to 3.58v per cell.

Hope this help

I am now looking for somebody who could connect it up for me, somebody who know these inverters.I have removed the Gro watt so all the cables are still in place. I also, don’t want to feed back into the grid.

Hi @Irocmaster will these pinouts also work on a luxpower? Is there a colour image to show these. I'm not so bright and can't follow the numbers. I have the same battery and can't get it to communicate with a luxpower. Thanks
