no response from tech support in the form of a phone call from the local line i phoned who said they would get back to me, I logged a support ticket via web as well and logged one via the firmware upgrade page...nothing, giving up and wiating for more firmware upgrades and hope they fix the issue

Hi I have 4 sites doing the same 5 sites doing the same thing. They all giving me a F56 error when grid needs to take over when battery is discharge to preset SOC in system mode. These system have been running for months no issues. Sunsynk Support South Africa told me my installation is shit that is why I am havumg these issues without having the facts that is why i am on this forum to see if I am not alone. Any way on fixing this please.

We've had the same issue on a few customer sites, and some are understandable getting rather upset - although it appears 5kw inverters with firmware 3.3.7.1 are most problematic. Firmware upgrade requests for all inverters appear to be going into a black hole...not good.

Yea i requested a firmware update probably a month ago and ....nothing .

Still have this issue and no new firmware released as yet, sometimes have my inverter go off 4 or 5 times during the night if I dont have Eskom power turned on...F56 alert that the DC voltage was low
