I've started a few times, and was frustrated by tracks running under large components like connectors, and not seeming to come out the other side. We do have names for the pins on the 3 16-pin headers for one inverter model here. Edited August 8, 20241 yr by Coulomb

Resoldering the chip was the most challenging part! BTW: did you have any success in replacing the uC on the controller board? I understood is protected by password. what tools would you use in order to reflash? (what jtag interface is cost effective?) I can replace uC, but i don't find firmware with bootloader to write via jtag, also can't read from good control board

I prefer not to publish it widely as it presumably only helps the clone makers. I assume that there isn't a huge need for this, as few people would be able to swap the processor without ruining the PCB. A colleague and I tried once on a similar PCB, and made a mess of it. It's just so easy to lift those thin tracks. If I'm wrong and there is a really good reason for this, PM me and convince me that you're trustworthy (not a clone maker), and that it's a worthwhile project (e.g. saving poor people from going without electricity).
February 2Feb 2 @Jalil Ahmad, these appear to be low resolution thumbnails, with details hard to read.Could you repost the originals, perhaps in a zip file? Especially part 2 of the control board, which I don't have so far. Thanks in advance.
February 2Feb 2 @Coulomb All schematics are here https://powerforum.co.za/topic/32491-anern-102kw-schematics/ in my first post. Part 2 was added later. I've just uploaded original KiCad files to my GitHub as well: https://github.com/solar-pwr/anern .BTW, yesterday, while working on an Easun SMH, I realized that this Anern is a rare case which can only measure charging current on the DC/DC converter's Hall sensor. The output of the op-amp is not shifted to +1.65V so discharging current will always be read as zero on the ADC.Easun SMH does have a voltage divider between the output of the op-amp and +3.3V (taken from a voltage follower, not directly from the power rail). I think it will be similar in all MAX models.
