November 16, 20232 yr Just received a Luxpower unit from my son in Jhb to replace the problematic TSP unit that was handed down to me earlier this year! I am at a dead end trying to get the dongle to work. It changed it's wifi hotspot to one that does not work, from BA 31601955 to MXCHIP_A45321 !!! What now??

It can only be changed with an installer account. I don't have one. Or ask technical support on [email protected]. November 17, 20232 yr I sent an email asking for help with my parallel settings and dongles this morning. It was done at 10h00.
