Tried that now no luck

What does Deye support say about this ?

Seems very strange. Had exactly same behavior on my off grid inverter when my battery voltage settings were to close to eachother.

Your installer should really be able to guide you throught this ... but sadly most installers stop when the inverter powers up.  I suggest you send Deye support an email or whatsapp (PM Me for the number) and request assistance and a firmware update while you're about it.

In the meantime please post a full set of current pics of battery comms cables and setup screens (system work mode and battery settings) ... maybe there is something that is overlooked.  

Not sure if this is current, but untick grid charge here.

My neighbor came and did a factory reset and drained my batteries. It seems to be working now. Thanks for all the input guys
