Now problem is that the inverter runs only from the battery, once battery is depleted, it charges it from eskom until 100 % and when charged it uses again the battery. It does nog switch over to only eskom once power is on to use inverter as the reserve. How can we fix it

Inverters have so many settings one must ensure all is set as required. There is no way a sparky who does not know the inverter will get it right without looking in the manual.

How can we fix it Pop me a DM if you need help Natalie, I had the same issue and went through and watched the LuxPower training material on YouTube to slowly learn everything Basically you need to do what I did in my post above and set the AC Charge time correctly. November 23, 20223 yr Please Assist! I Installed a Luxpower SNA 5000 Hybrid and is very happy. When my system is running and the sun is shining the switch over is very fast when there is load shedding. The problem is when cloudy or at night and there is load shedding then the switch about 2 to 3 seconds. Everything switches off and on again! Please help?
January 18, 20233 yr Every morning when there is load shedding overnight my luxpower inveter is always off meaning the lines on the inveter do not show , I always have to reset the whole system , then iam good to go ...what could be wrong?
