It doesn't change the fact that it operates as a direct result of injected money that it never earned. The Economist's article is quite correct.

Well he contradicts himself as he says that BR will save Eskom and the country. SAA did go into BR, yet according to him, Eskom will come to the same end as SAA. Very well thought out and factual article.

Look around the Camden, Hendrina and other stations area. Just another way of state capture - it will come back to haunt us all as soon as the poor quality mine opencast mines have been depleted. I am pretty sure all the “minipits” and trucking companies have a cadre hand in them.
