Hubble dropping from 38% to 0%

Featured Replies

I had this issue as well. It was resolved by our electrician who took the battery in to Hubble. I understand that they updated the firmware, and we've not had an issue since!

  • I've just sent Hubble a support request. I'll keep you all updated.

  • Yes! Get some Pylontech batteries and be done with it .

  • I still feel with the bat voltage and bat current in line with each other the SOC reading was just a false reading for an unknown reason.

Since July has anyone found a solution to this?

One battery still drops from 40% to zero. Both voltage and lithium settings used to see if that bug is still there.

Battery was returned to Hubble before and they just said it passed their load test and returned it.

Take it back again?

I just wonder how could Hubble just do a load test and return and the problem is still there. The next person with the same problem got firmware updated and it is now fine.

Are Hubble also just doing something and sending equipment back to the customer?

It does seem so.

Strong suspicion that they didn't do a thorough test on it.

Do yourself a favor go and read the rewievs on Hellopeter about clients complaints. In the past i said i would not install Hubble ever again and i still stand with that decision, once bitten twice shy.

That is a mistake i regret a lot.

Might just get this one fixed and sell the pair. Replace with something reputable.

When I installed everyone was shouting "HUBBLE HUBBLE HUBBLE"
Should have listened to installer and gone with Pylons.

With all the posts about Pylon I would rather look elsewhere too. Just my own feeling.

Having said about Hubble what I did I still like my S-100 batteries and in light use for 2 yrs.

  • 1 year later...

Year later and still the same issue.

Can't find an answer anywhere.

Has anyone found a true solution to fix this issue? Or is the battery going back to Hubble?
