The password is stored in a .db file and not by the battery, so depending on where you downloaded it from and which entry it associated with your BMS, but most likely it will just default to the first entry, which starts in a 1 and ends in a 6. I'll leave the rest for you to work out ðŸĪŠ

123456 worked for me, but I was unable to change anything on the parameter setting page. I can however change the capacity, charge cycles, serial number etc.

Any advice on changing the cell balancing voltage from 3.5 to 3.45?

Hi every body! Did you able to run the bms tool on windows10? I couldn't run due to .net error, (but windows included .net) then I fixed it by adding dll, and have i/o error on start.

Please help me run this app.

Thank you so much!

Hi all, when I try to connect I get "No availible serial port".

When I go to Device Manager, I see the usb serial

Am I using the wrong rs232 cable?

What battery are you connecting to.? I got the same error trying to connect to my Sunsynk 5.32 batteries when using only the pins 1,2 and 3. It worked when I joined the wires together i.e. 1 and 8 , 2 and 7, 3 and 6.

Where can I download the PBMS tool or is there someone who can make the most recent version available via DropBox, Google Drive or similar. I have calculated the number of cycles but would like to see it on the battery.

Managed to find it in the downloads section.
