New to Lithium Batteries

So after 8+ years of Lead Acids, I finally have my first Lithium ready for installation. Hubble AM-2 with a 5.5 Sunsynk. The question I have is, when do I change the battery settings on my inverter  and/or plug in the CAN Bus: Before I shutdown the inverter and disconnect the old batteries, or after powering back up with the new battery? Any other advice or issues that I should be aware of?

So I've set up my 1st Hubble AM-2 on my Sunsynk 5.5 to 110 capacity, 50A charging and 100A discharge. Any views on these settings for adding a second Hubble?  I would assume 220 capacity but any views on charging and discharging values when I add a second Hubble? I have 35mm cables.

Start with the maximum settings as per the battery manufacturer.

You can't really go higher than 100A charge and discharge on the Sunsynk inverter, so that will be your bottleneck.

The batteries should be able to do around 100A charge and discharge each, and 200A combined, but the inverter can't supply or draw that much.

These are ballpark values. I think it's 115A discharge on the Sunsynk inverter, but check the battery and inverter manuals and/or the BMS data for the exact values.

My assumption would be that the capacity value won't really make a difference, but if I leave the charge and discharge values the same for two batteries as for one, that the charge and discharge current would be shared between the two if equally balanced, that is roughly half the values?

I suppose another way to ask the question would be is : are the battery parameter settings on the sunsynk for the collective battery bank, or for an individual battery in the bank?
