OG-PLUS6.2 KODAK Load Output is switching off and on momentarily on Charging Source Changeover from Battery to Utility

Installed new inverter and left all factory settings in place except:

1. Output Source Priority to: SBU (Programming Option 01)

2. Utiliy Charge Maximim Current: 10A

When AC Input Source for Utility switches ON or OFF, and it causes the inverter to change from Battery to Utility or vice versa during load shedding that initialises or manually switching it on and off on AC Input, the AC Output switches off temporarily.

I don't notice any fault conditions on the screen.  Is there a way to know if the inverter is in fact faulty and need to be returned?

Menu option 12 & 13 is where the problems lay. The inverter has a back to battery & back to grid Voltage set point target. If these setpoint values are reached the inverter will behave like you have seen. If you spread the values apart by at least more than 2V between them you will have much better results.

Are you using your second AC output?

Does it function correctly in switching on/off based on SOC or time of discharge?

That second output is SoC based only. The main output will obey what I have listed above.

SoC or time of discharge based, yes, but as a side note mine does not switch based on either.

When I lose grid the second output simply turns off regardless of what I have set there. Was trying to see if the OP had a similar experience

Sorry for resurrecting a very old post.

I am having this exact same issue. Inverter restarts when moving from Grid to Battery or Battery to Grid. But only when solar is turned on. If I flip breaker for solar to disconnect then the problem does not occur.

Was this ever resolved?
