November 4, 20232 yr hello, can anyone help with error f57 on Easun 11kw Edited November 4, 20232 yr by Vector_
November 4, 20232 yr Good evening @Vector_ The unit looks like a rebranded Axpert unit and if the fault code of the following manuals of the 11Kw Axpert MAX E Duplex or 11kW Axpert MAX E TWIN or 11kW Axpert MAX TWIN 8KW/11KW is the same then F57 indicates that there is a Current Sensor that has failed in the unit.
November 4, 20232 yr Author the problem is in the control board - I put another one as a test and the inverter works. Does anyone have any idea what the fault could be

My guess is the op-amp, probably the one connected to CN9 pins 3 and 4, which scales the difference between the pins for the processor to read via an Analog to Digital port, or some of the small components associated with it. There is also a small chance that it's the processor itself; if so, you really need to get a new control board. Edit: It could also be that the +12 V or -12 V power supplies are bad, more likely the latter. Bad -12 V has caused many measurement errors in the past, usually battery voltage. January 1, 20251 yr Hello, I had the same issue (F57 after powewr off and on MAX 8), and found leaked capacitor 220u/25 on the control board. After I replaced it, it works.
March 21, 20251 yr Hello Pastelina, may I kindly ask you for the picture of motherboard so that I could localize capacitor please? I have the same issue on my MAX 11 inverter. Thanks
March 26, 20251 yr @Coulomb I have a 6.2kw Kodak inverter that I have send to the suppliers to repair but after a wille thy did not fix it a so thy send it back not repaired . I then ordered a new main board and put it in but know it give a F57 fault can it be that I have plug someting in wrong

But there are probably no connectors associated with that.Do the two mother boards have the same current sensor? Some have a blue Hall effect current sensor, others use a shunt resistor and OP71 (or similar) op-amp. It's not clear to me if these look the same to the control board.I assume that it didn't come with a control board plugged in? So you are using your original control board?Do the two main boards look identical? I think it's easy for the seller to send whatever main board that they have available. There are many subtle differences between main boards.
