They offer excellent after sales and support the warranty conditions are swap out warranty with a quick turn around, we already have a few clients that are using the 20KW, Givenergy offers onsite commissioning for their products.

That’s great news! I’m sure to submit a quote for the next opportunity. To your knowledge, is there any training coming up soon, such as a webinar through Segen Solar or similar organizations? Additionally, do you have a manual that you could send in the meantime so I can familiarize myself with the technical specifications?

I can find out from Givenergy when they have training for their products it would not be through segen or herholdts they will facilitate their own training like Solis does.
