Do you know the register? Try a custom sensor, and feel free to create a PR to add missing ones

I have Grid Shaving working on my 16kw using @slipx's ESPHome integration. 

Will it be able to setup with in @kellerza Sunsynk.

Unfortunately I don't us @kellerza's  integration myself anymore but it sounds like you could add it as a custom sensor

Thanks for that. If you abel to guide me in how to add as a custom sensor I will. I am new to these inverter integrations etc.

Hi, I'm not sure that this is the right place to ask, but here I go:

I installed the HA Addon: Sunsynk/Deye Inverter Add-on (multi) with a Waveshare RS485 to Poe ETH (B) adapter connected to my 12k 3phase SunSynk hybrid inverter.
The integration works fine, all data is availible both in the dashboard and I can changes parameters and it is updated to the inverter, but I get a lot of timeout issues, the timeout issue is shown in the logs of the add-on as well as in the MQTT sensors - which I presume is coming from the inverter:



I have tried many configuration options of the Waveshare device, different ports, tcp and serial-tcp and all results in a number of connection timeouts.
The RS485 cable is just 3m long between the Inverter and adapter.

Do I need a 120ohm resistor? or maybe a firmware update on the adapter?
Have anyone else had the same issues using this same adapter?
