Grid Connection keeps dropping.
I have an Axpert inverter, so it doesn’t automatically disconnect. So I flip the main breaker and usually reconnect an hour or so later by which point the grid has stabilized

Grid Connection keeps dropping.
The Deye/Sunsynks are more sensitive to voltage variances from the grid and won’t connect unless they’re happy. With all the load shedding I’ve seen very unstable grid voltages and I manually disconnect my inverter in those cases

Is SolarRG Legit
Do they have a physical location you can visit and purchase from in person? im not seeing anything via a quick google search. If they’re advertising only on social media (Facebook/instagram ads), and want EFT only, that’s usually a very big red flag

Batteries Charging / Discharging at Different Rates (Two Freddom Won 10/8 Batteries - Deye 8kW Hybrid Inverter)
There is a battery option, on the Sunsynk is a tick box “activate” under battery settings , not sure if it’s the same under Deye but should be very similar. Or try charging each battery individually and then setting them up in parallel

Inverter not lasting very long
You’re running 2 x 12v batteries? That works out to 10ish V per battery which is definitely too low
-
Inverter not lasting very long
As with other recent threads, it’s highly likely your existing Lead acid batteries Are kaput. The default cutoff for the inverter is likely 12v or lower, and running the batteries down to that level just a few times kills them
-
JuliaK
Pretty sure you can set a specific cut off SOC % to prevent you draining the battery completely. Sunsynk users can chime in where to find the correct setting. Otherwise you can manually switch it off completely. fyi panels make a world of difference if you can afford them

Run time lower than expected
Read the thread you just posted in. It’s likely the batteries are kaput
