  1. In case anyone was wondering, these Jinkos perform great, just had them installed
  2. When I ordered a month ago, similar view. They're allowing you to pre-order a shipment they expect to have in stock soon, and based on my experience, they delivered within a week of that date
  3. Sounds like the earth neutral bond wasn't done correctly
  4. The app runs on a pi that connects to your inverter. You can access the web browser based portal either locally on your internal network or via the internet using a phone, laptop etc, if you so choose. I suggest reading up on the site and looking at the videos on YouTube to understand it better
  5. That sounds like the Only Solar Charge option is enabled (operates independently to the SBU/SUB mode)
  6. Huh, I also see some grid instability around that time as well
  7. Around midday I was pretty much at capacity as well.
  8. Why don't you just buy the panels directly from the supplier?
  9. Something op should've checked before purchasing
  10. And yes, ideally you want BMS Comms setup for reliable SOC, but you can run perfectly fine in user defined voltage mode
  11. If your load is so low, why two inverters? Something isn't adding up. Either your load is way higher than stated or your inverter(s) are setup incorrectly
  12. That's a tiny battery for two inverters. Any reason why BMS Comms isn't hooked up?
  13. The man is asking how, given that there is no apparent BMS Comms port on the inverter itself. Just because the option is available in the software interface does not mean that it's it will with, especially since we know fivestar are Hodge podge clones
  14. The "extended warranties" have yet to be tested, so I'd take that with a pinch of salt. That said, you have choice at multiple price points for inverters, but sadly people are going on price only and settling for what are really just terrible clones sold by unscrupulous installers) retailers
  15. And oversupply People who could afford to have already had their systems installed.
  16. You have got to be shitting me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  17. Lol, same with how both Deye and Sunsynk are sold here
  18. Branding for different markets probably. Loadshedding only really makes sense for SA, hence the name
  19. You're not being clear. What exactly is happening when you put a massive load on the system?
  20. Are you saying you're unable to get it to discharge at a 5kw load? If the battery or inverter tripping? Have you verified the settings on the inverter?
  21. It's highly likely your batteries are kaput.
  22. Yes, on user defined settings, what you're seeing is expected You may want to read through this thread https://powerforum.co.za/topic/11820-kodak-and-pylontech-battery-comc-error-bms-cable/
