  4. My darn... lovely... make sure the morning, midday and evening facing panels are on different MPPT controllers ... sure you have that sorted though.

  9. Are you using a usb hub or anything like that... otherwise if its just usb direct to laptop then make sure the laptop sees the device, The inverter, as Com1 (that worked for me).
  10. You need the driver... on the device, what is a model number? or a very close up pic would maybe work!

  12. Try the free version of SolarMon... will help you sort out the issue. Ports are easy to setup, etc Are you running the 5kv..? Otherwise I like mppsolarpatrol...

  14. In hot climates this is perfect... reduce evaporation and generate power.... very good idea.
  15. Someone mentioned moving to older drivers in Win10. Can't remember when but they said this solved the problem.

  21. The internal relay can handle 5 amps maximum at 230 volts, as long as the current is below 5amps. Interesting - manual says 60V @ 1A

  23. Agree with TTT... I am also considering the BMV relay (dry contact ???) and am also an "unschooled electrical novice"
