Installed a Daly BMS for 24 v battery. The batteries are charging to the correct voltage. Balancing is ok. The only problem is that the SOC always report 100% on the BMS even if the cells read 3.1 volt. There was no manual with the BMS. How do I correct the SOC. Ah rating is set correct and charging at 3.4 volt. Any help will be appreciated.

It is likely the app you are using... That said the BMS does not have a coulomb counter so it wouldn't know, so any value is just a guess. If you want to have a accurate measurement you will need to invest into more equipment

Your BMS is probably not wired correctly and it isn't measuring power draw at all

It was reading Discharged Ah and Charged Ah. but it was faulty. BMS was replaced today. Thanks LBSA. Should be OK now.

It is working now. Counting cycles and SOC.

I must say the customer support from Lithium Batteries SA is great.

I am happy that you tracked down the issue, the last Daly I used we wrote a little program to fetch the values from a RaspPi via RS485 and the SOC seemed to be a guestimate based on the average cell voltage, the moment the lowest cell hit cutoff, SOC would jump from 30% to 0%. This was due to some unbalanced cells caused by charging too fast.

Everything is working. Connects with WiFi, Laptop and Touchscreen. SOC seams to be accurate. Yes happy that LBSA replaced the BMS.
