Seems this site wholesale-solar.co.za is suspect found it in the scammer section ai damn 

Luckily only order was done I have not paid yet so seems I saved some school money on this one

Not necessarily scammers, but it looks like extremely poor service. I have also heard about some horrendous complaints, and I have also never before seen such divergent ratings on HelloPeter.com. They are either very bad (ones) or excellent (fives). Nothing in the middle.

The widely divergent ratings seem to suggest that there is a botnet of shills out there that are counteracting the bad reviews. For every bad review there are at least 6-7  5-star ones. So as with all things, check your sources, ask for contactable references, and use different rating sites.
