Thanks Gents, I'm  struggling with the same....charges and discharges even if Grid is available. Will try out the time settings without SOC. This is my current setup with SOC

Hi ,
Let me know how it goes ,
I also see that your "AC Charge End Battery SOC% is set to" 98%

Maybe try setting that to 100% ?

Else from what i understand the Battery will stop charging @ 98% , Unless you have a reason for it set to that ?

Yeah, was stressing on the 100%, so I brought it down slightly...as a buffer. Will check after load shedding to see if it recharges back up again. Set it to Time now, so it went up to 100% and is sitting there with minor discharging and recharging going on for now. Thanks for all your guidance buddy.

Hour after loadshedding...and its charging back up to 100% it appears.

Will keep monitoring, still need to figure out this 100% charge/discharging cut off.

Set according to time and letting the battery BMS do it's job

Thanks

Hi all. I have the same issue on my side. Initially the battery charged to 97% eish, but now only go to 88%. Luxpower 5kW SNA & Greenrich battery.
Program 3, Protocol selection 2, one of the "older" LuxPower. (5kW SNA).

Voltage goes up to 54.6V but battery would not take any more charge. Charge Amps also set to 20A.

Has anyone gotten feedback from the suppliers yet?

Hey man,

so story short from my side. I decided to let go of the Hubble and replaced it with a dyness. Was literally plug and play without any issues.

if you having issues, speak to the installer they should have access to the LuxPower group to provide feedback.

I would also recommend updating the firmware on the inverter. But preferably let the installer complete it :)

I think that the problem is rather with the battery. I'm providing power from AC and PV and the battery stops taking charge at 88%.

I see you guys are talking about the settings. The problem i have is that i get a “Timeout” message when trying to view the settings on app or portal.

I can see all the stats in app or portal so the wifi connection is setup.

The wifi dongle connects to my home Telkom wifi and i have been told that Telkom is blocking the required port for the setting screen.

The only way i have managed to get to the settings is by doing a hotspot using an andriod phone and pointing the dongle to use this

I am also unable to hotspot to an apple device

Does anyone use a Telkom linked network for their setup and can access settings and can see the setup?
