Synapse 7.2 M+

Featured Replies

Hello, we have the Synapse 7.2M+ and 4 pylon tech US3000C's for just over a year now.  Motherboard had to be replaced already. Does anybody know where I could download the manual? Managed to misplace it and the parameter setting on the app are mostly acronyms and not very helpful. Many thanks

User manual or repair manual. For repair manual you can refer to Axpert MAX 7.2 Service Manual, and google search.

If memory serves its also under files section in this forum.

Its unusual you have multiple failures in short time, what was the previous failure?

Thanks guys, but I'm looking for the user manual. Watchtower app  on the battery parameter settings for charging source priority, give me three lettered acronyms: CSO, SNU and OSO. I would like to know what these mean. Many thanks

CSO, SNU and OSO.

Charge from SOlar as first priority.

charge from Solar aNd Utility

charge from Only SOlar

It's in the manual for setting 16, charger source priority. I agree it would have been nice for them to spell those out.

Google for the user manual even for some Kodak and you can then compare the settings with your inverter.

Hi everyone, is there a setting that protects pylontech battery and inverter on the WatchPower app? The system shutdown when there’s a slightly larger draw and will come back online until utility power has been restored. Battery indicates the it still has 75% capacity.

When you say shutdown, do you mean it stops powering the loads, or just that it switches over to running from AC-in? Of course, if there is load shedding happening, then it's much the same thing.

You're probably needing to adjust the "back to utility" and "back to battery" settings. I don't know exactly what they are called on Watchpower.
