Sunsynk Inverter load power switches off when loads-hedding starts

You can supply up to 35A or around 7.2kW on this port, of which at most 5kW will come from solar or battery, the rest will be passed through from the grid. So this is the perfect connection for your 1.2kW essential load.

@Gyno Correction, this is valid for the 5kW Sunsynk, the 8kW version can pass through around 50A. Principle is th same though.

Why you only charging a 200ah battery at 30amps?

The 5kwh Sunsynk battery is not 200ah.  Should be closer to 100ah.

They dont want you to use the passthough function though. They want you to run a 16A breaker on the 5kw sunsynk and a 20A on the 8KW.

Hi guys. I'm back this time with a solar panel problem.  Just finished connecting 5 x 550Kw panels in series to mppt 1.  I get 244V on both sides of the fuse box before connecting to the inverter.  l also made sure that the mppt switch is on.  Powered down everything before connecting as advised in the manual.

I'm getting nothing from solar.   0W!

It's as if there's no solar panels at all.

What am I missing?

The interface is on and the blue light is glowing.  Could it still be off?  The battery is also charging.

I have 4 lithium batteries( Ecc) of 100 kw each all connected to the 8kw inventor at 3am the inventor there is an alarm from the inventor as if the batteries are finished but with all of them full what could be the problem
