You certainly can't parallel a King and a non-King. If you have access to both inverters, you can just report the main firmware on each (either from the front panel via the U1 data page, or using monitoring software). I can usually tell if the firmwares are compatible for paralleling.
July 1, 20233 yr Author Thank You there were in parallel and one went faulty supplier replaced with newer model now we needed to know how we could parallel them ,suppliers are general computer company so have not given us much just say no we cant attached the two models Thankyou for your help
July 1, 20233 yr As far as I understand you can only parallel Voltronic manufactured inverters with exactly the same firmware version. Otherwise they send an error message.

July 2, 20233 yr About the best you could do with what you currently have is to split your loads; one inverter runs one set of loads, and the other the remainder (of essential loads). It's far from ideal; one could be overloaded and the other almost idle. But they can share the same battery. I assume that the grey non-king is the replacement one. It's a museum piece, even older than my pair from 2016. The heatsink on top dates it (I think I read 2015 in the date code), but at least the heatsink on top was a good design (dropped in all subsequent models, presumably to reduce cost). If the green one is the new one, at least you have an upgrade from 4 kW to 5 kW, and zero transfer, cleaning up the highly variable Eskom grid to give you a nice smooth 230 V output even in line mode.
