I know you will be helped by @Steve87 soon, but may I ask for pics of your DB showing the whole board, to see all wiring and breakers.

Also, wide pic from your inverter connections. It seems that your ATS240 connections for a Neutral Earth bond relay are not used.

I just want to see if your sparkie made a permanent bond and where.

@Virwat, not a problem at all, thanks.  I will send you the pics in the am.

I just want to thank everyone that participated in this tread, everyone's input was very valuable in getting my plant to operate as it should. So it was quite journey to get to this point... the guys from Felicity Solar were here yesterday, they tested and found no fault on the battery, eventually they called Sunsynk who tried 3 different softwares with no sukses in getting the comms up. I was told the inverter would have to go in for testing and repair/maintenance, obviously thats the last thing you want to hear after installing something new.

I then decided to pop @Steve87 a message on whatsapp to ask for his advice. He immediately asked if he could have a look remotely... and I could tell it was not an inconvenience to him at all, he was very keen to help out. This was after hours, quite late I might add!

Steve logged in, asked me to assist him with a few things he tried. After a while he noticed that the inverter was frozen somehow, I cant remember the term he used. He then factory reset the inverter and I flipped the batteries dips back to their original positions and bobs your uncle, we had comms!

Thank you @Steve87 for your willingness to help! You are a real rockstar!

Looking forward to having a coffee with you on Monday!

Great outcome,  well done all.
How do you manage to have such a low house load though ☺️

Not sure why it was so low at that stage, probably not much running. Its normally around 300w during the day when nothing is running accept the electric fence etc etc.
