So a bit of fun for today. What is the correct pronunciation for the word Deye?

Is it simply "Day" without anything at the end?

Or is it something like "Day-ya" with a "yaaaa" at the end?

Or even "Day-ye" with a "yeeee" at the end?

So it is pronounced very different to how I thought it would or should be pronounced in this video uploaded by Deye.

Around 7 or 8 seconds in they pronounce it.

So its pronounced "Dooi-Ya". Cool, we learn something new every day 🙂

The owner of that house in the video will have to step up or down 3-4 layers of bricks everytime he wants to drive his car out or into the garage. He will need to buy a Humvee next time.
