It won't work under 90v. You cannot change that by software. You will need to rearrange panels to reach minimum voltage.
June 20, 20242 yr That looks like a rebrand of the Voltronic Axpert VM-3000. See attached manual. Various rebrands and clones of this exist. I have the Synapse 3.0V. Judging by your serial number, it is a genuine Voltronic product, not a fake clone. EDIT: looks like yours has a better MPPT than the VM-3000, so maybe another model. The QR code is to a WeChat page that redirects to the wechat.com site after a second or two. So I'd say it's a clone of one of the Voltronic VM models (because of the '28062 DSP). 5 hours ago, waaalid said: Please latest software version And its compatible software If you want to try your luck with Voltronic firmware, even though you probably didn't pay for it, we'd first have to know the main (U1) firmware version that your inverter shows. You didn't even tell us which display it has (old small non-removable like the VM II, removable like the VM III, or round/colour like the VM IV). I'm guessing the old small VM II like display, because it's a PF0.8 model (rated power is 80% of the rated VA).

I don't have any 21.xx firmware, let alone any 21.xxx firmware. It's not even using the same display as Voltronic, although it's very similar. The Voltronic display has a compact fluoro in place of the house icon (load). Similarly the AC input icon is a sort of tennis ball (~ in a circle), not the electricity tower. Sorry.
