June 12Jun 12 Curious who you guys use to ship batteries… seems Pylontech SA warrantee is not worth the paper it is written on,Battery is physically deformed, swollen, but no, they want to first do test on it to confirm it’s damaged, and as it's a Lithium battery, it gets extra expensive to ship, that size, that weight, Lithium to Cpt.So much premium brand, premium backup.now starting to regret Pylontech. One of the comments made to me, this cost Pylontech SA... so they don't like (aka look for any excuse not to) warrantee's... vs International more concerned about Brand image/reputation... so hope i can maybe get international to step inG Edited June 12Jun 12 by georgelza
June 15Jun 15 Hello we are in communications with Pylontech international and they are in process of setting up a local support hub similar to other manufacturers like Solis Hubble etc.

June 16Jun 16 Summary : do not support Pylontech Their service levels are poor to non existent. My setup has 4x Pylontechs us3000b.The batteries are sending a high voltage alarm to the victron. I made contact with pylon tech. They sent solar deity. I paid upfront for a call out and health assessment. 28 April, The technicians came to my home. Downloaded log files and left. Since both pylon tech and its rep has been in responsive. I had to log multiple calls to get the assessment report. When I finally get the reports, it looks like a template with a copy paste of my battery details. They claim that the batteries are swollen. However, the technicians didn’t even inspect the batteries. Will not recommend pylon tech to anyone ever again.
