    Great to hear.
Will agree it can only be good for their brand and the local client base.

Thanks Mate. I was aware of the requirement for medical equipment. Did not know the IT equipment needs a zero transfer time offered by the double conversion. Insidently my 1st pure sine inverter was a double inversion and worked so well until the wife decided to help with a manual switch back when grid came back and it was history. The good take away for us was to leave switching for me 😀

'Winner Pro' ups, branded RCT, Mecer etc, are manufactured by Voltronics. That's not a bad thing, it's good to know the manufacturers are on that level

I have a 1kva equivalent and going strong years later. They are all very similar, voltronics rebrands from the looks of it.
Note the dimensions of the 3kva, it's quite deep, won't fit in a wall mounted network rack.

The reason for that price is these type of ups has zero transfer time (Online Double-Conversion UPS) with battery voltage of 240v dc mainly used for server data.and medical standby applications.

These are line-interactive ups with 20ms transfer time generally not suitable for sensitive electronics found in IT and medical equipment.

    I updated 2000Plus and 3000C.
I have the .bin file for 2000Plus, the 3000C is a bit more tricky, the upgrade versions are different, 2 available the last time I looked. Search on the forum for differences and related file.
If you just want to connect the 2000Plus to 3000C, you only need to upgrade the 2000plus. I stacked 1x3000C, 4 x 2000 plus, 3x3000C.
Let me know if you need the 2000plus .bin. and installer.
Also remember you will need 2 different cables to connect to the console port on the battery, plus vs "C".

Yep, tried it according to https://github.com/irekzielinski/Pylontech-Battery-Monitoring/blob/master/README.md
But couldn't get it working ... somewhere between the D1 Mini, the RSS232 to TTL and the battery I couldn't pickup any comms - eventually ran out of time without it working, sorry can't give more reasons what the issue was...

    Both the US2000 and US3000 are RJ11. US3000C is RJ45.

You don't need 2 kits. The kit is complete. It has both RJ11 and RJ45 ends. It is much cheaper than the alternative from HD cabling Pylontech Battery Monitoring Cable For US2000, US3000a/b, US3000c, UP2500, UP5000 | Pylontech Console Cable (hdcabling.co.za)

In slipx's card, the entity names contains a number. Match that with your register address

All Green is not used on my config. it appears not that much relevant. Unless you have the rs385 which requires the ground.

I did not want to cut the battery cable or change anything on the cable for the battery or risk anything at all, hence i went with a splitter which has the sockets. I therefore never bothered validating which pins are for the battery. But based on what i have gathered from PICs found on this forum yes 4 and 5 are the pins.

@georgelza You only need to use one of the Twisted pairs, Orange & Orange/White is sufficient.
You don't need to use the Brown & Brown/White pair.

Now you can put back yellow cable and start hunting for a RJ45 splitter. Yes you should be able to use B. Just a note on the splitters. They don't come equal. Some splitters don't have all pins connected.

Your image is exactly like mine. That means the middle port bms485/can is what you must use. On the cable part yes using own crimping can be a nightmare. Get a factory made working cable and cut it , then determine which wires are on pin 1 and 2.

Just to add to what you guys are mentioning above - I tried to run HA on a RPi3 and it was a nightmare - every time it had to a little bit of heavy lifting, it would fall over so rather re-purpose an old PC/laptop etc.
There's a great installation guide here for Proxmox.

We just need to get all the inverter integration authors to standardise the naming of the entities, would make life so much easier.

Installed happened yesterday so finally managed to plug in and test the ESP32.
    Had to do what @Sc00bs suggested: remove the R7 Resistor & join 2 & 7 -> A; 1 & 8 -> B
Now I just need to tinker with nice images etc etc etc
Thanks once again to all involved - super chuffed!
