August 15, 20169 yr 1999 Isuzu Frontier diesel, good ones average about +-80k after 16/17 years. (facepalm) New they where about R190k back in the day. There is something about certain older cars.
August 15, 20169 yr BWAHAHAHAHAAAHA ... why why why ... but I love it! Love it when you hear the turbo. Only one other engine sounding more awesome than a 280TD ... a V8.

What I like most about it though is how it FEELS as you rev into the torque band and little Johny Ricer in his 1.6MK1 gets chopped... :-)

August 15, 20169 yr This is roughly what it looks like in stock form. Downside, you have to shift twice before you hit 100. Upside, I hit 160 and I have a gear left. 0-100 in a tad over ten seconds. Not spectacular, it's hot-hatch territory, but it is enough to kill a lot of people who mistake it for the 1.6 petrol.

Ok boys we building one when I come to the Cape in Nov! More likely we will dream about building one whilst sucking on a beer at TTT's.

My 4x4 will probably soon have one as well. This Chevy will be a classic restoration to original. it has a 2.5L straight 4 motor in.

Only works if she gave you permission, and that seldom to never happens, for they want to do everything themselves, IF and WHEN they feel like it. And that is the problem. When they come to us: And explain their problem and we try and help, wrong, you where supposed to listen. And if you listen, wrong again, you where supposed to give an opinion. And if you listen, ask and do what you thought she said, wrong again, you where not supposed to, or where you supposed to, understand her feelings. But jinne, don't we just love them to bits!?

If you liked that, you might also like some of Neil Kolhatkar's stuff. He's that weird kind of comedian who is byt the looks of it quite liberal, but boy can he poke fun at them! He also ventures into this equality/education/politics stuff. Eg:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKcWu0tsiZM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XM-HJT8_esM A bit more political in nature... but funny as hell.
