Identify the cells which are unbalanced with BatteryView then manually charge those cells(2 pouches make a cell) using a 3.7v charger with 1.5A max then add it back in. Assemble the battery again and test. 

Hello, after a month my dealer told me that Pylontech does not accept a guarantee for the swollen cells because of overvoltage... Do you have any idea where I can buy two cell packs or does anyone have two cell packs for sale?

I hope I am wrong, but the bottom 2 images may suggest you going to use those damaged lithium cells as firelighters. 🤠

I opened a pack of cells. I assume I can replace the cells, right? If I can get them somewhere.

I bought two used cell blocks and I assume that the V10 block is also defective because the cells are unequal, as can be seen in the picture 0.240% this morning it was about 5%, the SOC has dropped from 47 to 6.

Should I disconnect the battery? I don't want to damage the other pylons...

Did you post somewhere datils on how did you rebuild the packs ? Tips ? type and temp for soldering ?etc

Good afternoon all, I have 4 US2000B that have had some damage with lightning / surge issues. Currently I need to replace the PMU, and while I'm at it, the plan is to replace the CMU as well. QUESTION: can i use the new PMU/CMU that is used in the 2000C/3000C/5000 or do i have to replace it with the individuals PMU / CMU that is the standard part numbers for the US2000B.

hi all, I have 2 swollen us2000's and was considering replacing things to get 1 working one.

But I see there is some demand for the other spares.

Worth rather selling them here for scrap, and getting a new battery, or getting one working with the 2, and then selling what is left?
