June 4, 20215 yr i found and have configured one parameter in the growatt menu accessing the menu through holding arrow up and arrow down at the same time then entering 111 should only be done by some one who knows what they are doing . please see pics attached . These settings exist in the menu and maybe @Coulomb could assist as he is really in the know about firmware etc . bAt is for the battery voltage offset and seems to calibrate the correct battery voltage reading . Gf.d IN.4 or inv might be inv calibration OP PV might be pv calibation

Sorry, I've had to abandon any firmware other than Axperts, and have to focus on only a few models of those. It's just too time consuming.

October 29, 20223 yr Sorry to dig up an old thread, anyone ever found out about these settings? My inverter's LOAD is out by about 50 Watt, I would love to know if these settings could calibrate that.
November 1, 20223 yr I've been trying out these settings, my 5000es was initially setup (not by the installer, so presumably by growatt) as 27 CAP = 5.0 (inverter capacity) 29 Grd.v = -0.8 (grid voltage offset?) 30 Bat.v = -0.1 (battery voltage offset?) 31 Inv.v = 0.0 (Inverter voltage offset?) 32 Out.v = 0.0 (Output voltage offset?) I have modified 30 to -0.1 to -0.4 and now the inverter and battery (voltmeter) both read the same voltage when not charging. I also modified 31 from 0 to -0.7 and now when charging from pv the voltages match. I think that I'm also charging the batteries at different voltage than before, but I cannot be certain of this. I'm not sure what 29 means, but I suspect it's the battery offset when charging from grid.

Checked with Fluke and the BMS reported voltage is spot on. Will give this a go to hopefully get the stupid inverter to have the same V value as the BMS. Will start with -0,4V and see how that goes. Edit: Just checked mine at it seems the default on mine has been +0.5V ever since I got this 14months ago. Wonder who changed it, or whether this is random from the factory? I guess I'll never know.
