I never had any issues with the Sunsynk, I had the model with the old Solarman dongle, with limited inverter control functionality, I am not sure re the new dongle or application. The Solis app has a great interface and many options for controlling your inverter settings. I really like how quiet the Solis operate and the better PV and many other features you can read about. Their prices are also pretty similar.

I have a 3000w ups for my alarm, pc, laptop, router with 0ms switching and sometimes when load shedding kicks in the ups doesn't get triggered and other times it does, not sure why it sometimes triggers and other times not, but impressed with the times it doesn't get triggered. I definitely think I'm getting better PV with the Solis, even or rainy and overcast days, there has not been a single day my batteries haven't charged back to 100%

@Moffat Normal household usage, gas plates, electric oven, tumble dryer, 3kw PTC geyser element, 51000 BTU aircons, kettle, microwave, borehole pump, etc etc average daily statistics: Before with my 8kw Sunsynk i would of added another 8kw, thus having 16 kw, but two 6kw's would only give me 12 and I didn't want to have to get another 6kw at a later stage for future possible needs. super quiet, much less noisy than the Sunsynk Zero export configured and zero exported Sold the Sunsynk to the installer, paid for one of the Solis 6kw's

Finally installed and up and running! Before: Now: In addition to the 6kw I won, I purchased two 6kw's, three AM-2's and seven 550w solar panels. I now have 18kw load capacity, 12495w solar power and 33kwh backup power. The Solis app is good, interface and functionality wise, but only updates every 5 or so minutes unless you are connected via Bluetooth at close range, rather disappointing. I still have my Hubble Cloudlink connected to my batteries, for firmware updates and can see near real time charge/discharge values, but Hubble is still developing the inverter integration so cant see near real time inverter statistics. Overall the installation looks kick ass, my batteries have only gone down to a minimum 40% overnight and solar max's out at 11.5 kw before my batteries are fully charged around midday. Any questions let me know.

Have an existing 8kw Sunsynk and three Hubble AM2's and 19 x 455 watt solar panels, any guidance to get them to work together? Using the inverters aux port? Which one as primary? Planning on getting 3 more Hubble AM2's. Couldn't of come at a better time was just planning on getting another 8kw Sunsynk and running them in parallel.

Some good news. After updated my 8kw sunsynk to the latest versions, and obtaining new CAN and MUL cables from Hubble, the monitoring is working: The settings page is still an issue though:

Hey @maxxis, out of interest sake why are you going Solar Assistant and selling the SunSynk data logger?

Hi. I purchased 3 x AM-2's, a cloudlink and the 8Kw Sunsynk inverter from the powerforum store. I am having the same problems: After a week of back and forth, my installer spoke to a senior technician at hubble who confirmed the cloudlink is installed and configured correctly and that full monitoring is not yet working with the 8kw Sunsynk. Do we have an eta on when this will be fixed? Also as per https://www.hubblelithium.co.za/sunsynk-hubble-setup.html full monitoring is available. Kindly advise @HubbleLithium
