March 13, 20233 yr If you check the pics, its not in normal mode, the BMS is running perfectly. The only setting i changed was the 74amps on the battery settings.

Have you switched off the inverter via the button on the bottom? After I made changes to my system last time, it also gave me an error message and did not go into Normal mode. Briefly switching off the inverters (after disconnecting load and PV) got everything working again. Seemed just to have been a hick-up...
March 14, 20233 yr I am following the switch and the switch on sequence in the manual. I am taking it out and sending it to Sunsynk repair centre so that they can check it up
August 8, 20232 yr Good day, I have a 5kw Sunsynk Duel MPPT and up to yesterday i had 1 Array 4360W connected to the inverter MPPT port 1, operating 100%. Yesterday i connected the 2nd Array 3270W to the second port of the MPPT Port 2 on the inverter. Not exeeding any Max loads as per the Inverter specification sheet. After installation with fuses removed, the 2 x voltages at load side on the fuses are MPPT 1 = 341V and MPPT 2 = 262V, After starting the system up, and checking the display, only the newly installed Array Shows on the flow chart, and none on the Old MPPT flow Chart. All the panels are facing true North, I done 2 x "Strings" arrays not to Exceed the max VOC and Power. Is there a setting I need to change in the program to see both operating at the same time?
