Can anyone make any recommendations for a solar installer in Johannesburg. Would need to install panels, inverter and do the electrical and provide a COC

Do yourself a favor and contact @Leshen. So far, he is the only installer that has proven to be looking after his clients. And he is a member of this forum

Thanks. Leshen has been very prompt with helping me. Now it is up to me to make up my mind.

I can also recommend Steve87  , also a forum member , he covers JHB and can also provide solutions for supervisory and logging system , standard or ad hoc, amongst other . If you like pm him @Steve87

I really have to really recommend @Steve87. I had done a self installation. He came and helped me earth my system and do some other small touch ups to make sure it is complaint and safe. He didn't even want to be paid for his time. He is so helpful and so knowledgeable and truly wants to do a good job and teach as much as he can in the process. You really don't get service like this out there. So for anyone needing any solar work done I strongly recommend you contact him.

Thank you for the kind words Mark. I really appreciate it. Was my first encounter with the 3.6kW Voltronics MAX. Must admit it looks exactly like the larger Big Brother 7.2kW MAX. Looks like Voltronics use the same casing for these units.

 

Was also good to hear that Steve at the Powerforum Store also sold you good equipment at a good price and advised you well before you purchased.
