In your case, it looks like your settings are "watching" some forums and are configured to send you an email every time that there is a new post in that forum, which means that the spam posts are emailed to you. You can also do your bit to prevent such spoofed emails by configuring DKIM and SPF for your domain and email servers. It's not 100% guarantee because the recipient email server, should also be configured to perform DKIM and SPF checks for incoming email but it will work for most email providers.

You won't imagine how many spammers try join the forum. I screen every new member manually.
